  • Orders with a total value of AUD 99 or more: no shipping fee

  • Orders below AUD 99: a flat shipping fee of AUD 9

Prices displayed on product pages and at checkout include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Where applicable, orders may be shipped using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method.

Under this delivery method, additional duties, customs clearance charges, or related taxes are generally not required at the time of delivery.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders paid before 18:00 (AEST) typically enter the confirmation process on the same day

  • Orders paid after 18:00 (AEST) are usually confirmed on the next business day

Processing Time

  • After payment confirmation, orders generally enter the dispatch arrangement process within 1–3 business days

Shipping Method

  • Deliveries may be handled by third-party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS

  • Tracking information is typically available once the order has been dispatched

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery within Australia generally takes approximately 8–15 business days

  • Within 72 hours after placing an order, it may be possible to request address changes or order cancellation, subject to the current order status

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellations are generally not available
